Refund and cancellation policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026. This page repeats the refund section of our Terms of Service in plain words. If the two ever differ, the terms apply.

Free search

Your first search is free and needs no card, so there is nothing to refund. It finds up to 5 leads and opens one in full. The rest open if you choose Pro. There is one free search per person and per store.

Pro

Every lead should be a real person asking to buy or asking for recommendations, in a public post from about the last 60 days. If a lead is not, email us and we will replace it.

Cancelling Pro

Pro renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time on your Account page, in your Whop account, or by emailing us. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

The older $1 search

If you bought the older $1 starter search and it delivered fewer than 5 leads, we keep searching for up to 3 days and email you the rest. If you still have fewer than 5 after that, we refund your $1.

Your legal rights

Nothing here affects rights you have under your local consumer law, such as a right to cancel.
